Our procurement role
Our role is to organize procurement questions, coordinate relevant factory quotation requests and help buyers compare the responses. Equipment manufacture and manufacturer representation sit outside our stated service role.
This timeline describes the proposed procurement workflow. It is not a company-history claim or a record of completed orders.
Capture the crop or farming application, field access, terrain and seasonal deadline. Separate engine power from PTO horsepower, then identify any existing equipment that must remain usable.
The written brief includes drive arrangement, three-point hitch category, loader or backhoe mounting, hydraulic requirements and attachment dimensions. Missing facts become questions for the buyer or supplier rather than assumed compatibility.
Ask factories to identify exact configurations, quantity, currency, unit basis and destination. List exclusions and alternatives separately. A reply becomes comparable when its technical and commercial scope can be traced to the same requirement.
Review the proposed inspection, packing, shipment, document package and after-sales arrangements. A supplier's written commitments and the buyer's contracting decision remain distinct from our sourcing coordination.
Unconfirmed stock, power ratings, delivery dates and support coverage stay marked as open. An attractive alternative should not silently change the procurement brief.
A target budget helps discuss equipment and support trade-offs. Buyers can also ask to compare options without an existing quotation or a chosen supplier tier.
Manuals, certificates and warranty terms belong to the issuer and exact equipment identified. Their presence is a review item, not this site's certification.
These role cards explain coordination tasks. The illustrations do not depict named employees, approved inspectors or an established service network.

The buyer supplies the intended work, interfaces, destination and acceptance priorities. Accurate machine identification matters when reusing implements.

The responding supplier identifies the model, offered configuration, evidence and exclusions. Confirm the party responsible for technical suitability.

Before contracting, assign inspection, shipping, import and warranty tasks to named parties. Ask how unresolved exceptions will be recorded.
Ask for current, model-specific evidence and identify who reviews destination requirements. Product-family references support terminology only; they do not establish supplier approval, availability or performance. Review our service scope and procurement checklist.
